Центральным риском является деквалификация – постепенная и необратимая утрата клинических навыков вследствие чрезмерной зависимости от автоматизированных систем.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: Провести анализ потенциальных механизмов деквалификации под влиянием ИИ и оценить возможности его объективной диагностики, а также предложить возможные пути решения данной проблемы.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы: В рамках настоящего короткого обзора проанализированы современные научные публикации, посвящённые влиянию ИИ на профессиональную деятельность врачей. Анализ сфокусирован на трёх ключевых аспектах клинической практики: физикальном обследовании, постановке диагноза и коммуникации с пациентом. Кроме того, детально разобран конкретный эмпирический кейс, в котором для оценки деградации навыков использовались объективные количественные метрики.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: Выявлены основные механизмы негативного воздействия ИИ, включая деградацию мануальных навыков, «иллюзию точности», «смещение, вызванное автоматизацией», а также ослабление диагностического мышления, эмпатии и моральной компетентности. Представленные данные свидетельствуют о том, что длительное использование ИИ может приводить к статистически значимому снижению клинической эффективности, что подтверждается объективными данными, например, снижением частоты выявления аденом при колоноскопии. В качестве решений предложены трансформация медицинского образования, оптимизация организации работы врача, внедрение систем автоматизированного контроля внимания и переход к персонализированным программам поддержания квалификации.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: Для минимизации рисков деквалификации необходима системная, а не стихийная интеграция ИИ в медицину, основанная на принципах этичности и педагогической целесообразности. Ключевой задачей является создание такой среды, где технологии служат усилению, а не подмене человеческой экспертизы, что позволит сохранить баланс между технологическим прогрессом и гуманистической сущностью медицинской практики.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction: The rapid integration of artificial intelligence (AI) systems into healthcare, while improving diagnostic and therapeutic efficiency, raises serious concerns regarding the long-term impact on physicians’ professional competencies. A central risk is deskilling – the gradual and irreversible loss of clinical skills resulting from excessive reliance on automated systems.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: To analyze the potential mechanisms of AI-induced deskilling, assess the feasibility of its objective diagnosis, and propose possible solutions to this problem.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods: This brief review examines latest scientific publications addressing the influence of AI on physicians’ professional activities. The analysis focuses on three key aspects of clinical practice: physical examination, diagnosis, and patient communication. Additionally, a specific empirical case is examined in detail, in which objective quantitative metrics were employed to assess skill degradation.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: The key mechanisms of AI’s negative impact were identified, including the degradation of manual skills, the «illusion of accuracy», «automation-induced bias», and the weakening of diagnostic reasoning, empathy, and moral competence. The evidence presented indicates that prolonged AI use can lead to a statistically significant decline in clinical performance, as substantiated by objective data such as a reduced adenoma detection rate during colonoscopy. Proposed solutions encompass the transformation of medical education, optimization of physician workflow, implementation of automated attention-monitoring systems, and a transition toward personalized competency maintenance programs.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion: Minimizing the risks of deskilling requires a systematic, rather than ad hoc, integration of AI into medicine, grounded in principles of ethics and pedagogical soundness.
