Данная система позволяет проводить регистрацию и обработку ЭКГ с помощью интегрированного в РМИС программного блока. Оценка работоспособности выполнялась для подтверждения одинакового воспроизведения известных по форме сигналов в оригинальном программном обеспечении (ПО) производителя и в унифицированной среде РМИС.</p><p>Использовались тестовые сигналы и синтетические ЭКГ, полученные с помощью функциональных генераторов.</p><p>Сравнение амплитудно-временных параметров зарегистрированных сигналов в проприетарном ПО и ПО РМИС проводилось специалистом с использованием встроенных средств измерений. Такая методика позволила выявить некорректно работающий драйвер одного из вендоров. После исправления ошибки драйвер начал адекватно обрабатывать ЭКГ сигнал, что было подтверждено методикой проверки.</p><p>Предложенное техническое решение позволяет проводить сравнительную оценку качества регистрации ЭКГ в проприетарном ПО производителя и в ПО РМИС, выявлять некорректную работу согласующих слоев на этапе доклинических исследований и оперативно вносить изменения в ПО. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this study we evaluated operability of a multicomponent system consisting of ECG recorders (made by different manufacturers), signal conversion drivers (matching layers) provided by ECG equipment vendors according to a single technical task, an ECG signal processing and visualization program. Such system registers and processes ECG signal by means of the software unit integrated into the regional medical information system (RMIS).</p><p>System performance evaluation was carried out to confirm the same reproduction of known waveforms in the original manufacturer’s software and in a unified environment of the RMIS. Test signals and synthetic ECG generated with functional generators were used. Technical specialist used built-in measuring instruments to compare amplitude-time parameters of the signals recorded in proprietary software and RMIS software. This allowed identifying an incorrectly working driver of one of the vendors. The error correction led to the driver processing of the ECG signal adequately, which was confirmed by the check method.</p><p>The proposed technical solution makes it possible to perform comparative assessment of the ECG quality registration in the manufacturer’s proprietary software and in the RMIS software, to identify incorrect operation of the matching layers at the stage of preclinical studies, and promptly make changes to the software. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ЭКГ</kwd><kwd>фильтрация сигнала</kwd><kwd>функциональный генератор</kwd><kwd>программное обеспечение</kwd><kwd>МИС</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>ECG</kwd><kwd>Signal filtering</kwd><kwd>ECG signal Generator</kwd><kwd>software</kwd><kwd>НIS</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Газашвили Т.М., Шкода А.С., Морозов С.П. и др.
