Разработана Интегративная цифровая стратегия борьбы с ХНИЗ, которая не только решает задачи развития системы здравоохранения, но и стимулирует развитие национальной экономики в сфере высоких технологий в полном соответствии с «Ашхабадской декларацией по профилактике и борьбе с неинфекционными заболеваниями». Ключевая идея данного документа состоит в том, что профилактика и борьба с ХНИЗ может послужить своеобразной платформой для инвестирования в научные исследования и разработки в интересах осуществления инноваций в области здравоохранения как средства для генерирования знаний и укрепления благосостояния, а также для повышения эффективности систем здравоохранения. Интегративная стратегия направлена на усиление взаимодействия между государственными органами, общественными объединениями, гражданским обществом и частным сектором для содействия сотрудничеству на всех уровнях в целях активизации усилий по профилактике неинфекционных заболеваний, которое является направлением государственной политики  Туркменистана.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A fundamental increase in the effectiveness of measures aimed at overcoming the problem of chronic noncommunicable diseases (CNCDs) can only be achieved through the digital transformation of healthcare. An Integrative Digital Strategy to Combat NCDs has been developed, which not only solves the problems of developing the healthcare system, but also stimulates the development of the national economy in the field of high technologies in full accordance with the Ashgabat Declaration on the Prevention and Control of Noncommunicable Diseases. The key message of this paper is that prevention and control of NCDs can provide a platform for investment in research and development for health innovation as a means to generate knowledge and wealth, and to improve the performance of health systems.
